On Saturday, it was the last day for The Big One art and craft fair in Bismarck. Such things as cakes, Christmas were sold on presentation table.
According to Lisa Frank, show proprietor, The Big One show has been in business for approximately half a century and in Bismarck for about 14 years. This year we had approximately one hundred sixty vendors most of them from North Dakota but there were some others states represented as well. Frank states that this show focuses around do-it-yourself and at-home products, with a strong support for little mom and pop operations.
The Big One Art and Craft Fair is quoted to have said this, “I think it means much more when you actually do the shopping yourself than you going off and picking something already made”.

To this, she states that next year they will have a Bismarck show a week before thanksgiving.
